That is a stunning example.
Yellow, especially a yellow that tint will highlight pretty much any floor in the bodywork, or contamination on on the surface.

Re: 827 Alternator wanted please!
Thanks for the info. If you need it, just let me know.
I am currently looking for an alternative to the 800 rear ABS Sensors. It will only need to be the actual unit, as the wiring can be spliced in at an appropriate point in the circuit. One of mine borked recently...

Well, it happened! https://i.postimg.cc/qtnWWZxG/99999.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/yW72rjgF/100000.jpg Apologies for the blur on the second image, I was moving (obviously) and someone else took the picture. 100000 and the Sterling probably hasn't driven better for the last 90000. :D Sound deadening et...

Re: 827 Alternator wanted please!
Does anyone have an alternator from an 827 lurking in their stash they no longer want/need? If so and you wouldn't mind selling it, drop me a PM! :D Hiya Dave. If you are still in need of an alternator, I have one in my garage. I would also be very interested to know the company that sells t...

Re: How many were made?
Something in the back of my mind says there were only 44 Mk2 V6 827 cars made for the UK Henrik, that would help give you an idea of how rare the 2.7 manual is. For the exact answer, it will have to be Dollysprint Dave though. :D Wrong model Dave. You're thinking of the 2.7 manual Coupe (lik...

Re: My V reg Nightfire Vitesse Fastback!
Pretty sure it was primarily down to shocking build quality. The chassis leak created a huge amount of moisture in the body that settled in the sills. Plus the car was badly looked after...

Re: Mercedade's '97 Vitesse Lux
Love the bush in the clutch pedal. Both my manuals are squeaking. And where did you AC for £35.00! That is bargaintastic. I have bough the STP stuff from halfords before. Just bought some UV Glasses so I can leak check the Vitesse. Dont know how bad that will be, considering the state of the bodywor...

Re: Fastback's cars.
Congratulations on becoming leak free. I achieved that in the Vitesse fastback. REALLY nice feeling. Going to loom at getting some sound insulation & deadening for the fleet both to improve the sound quality of the stereo systems, and cut road noise. The 2.7 Manual has the best system, by far, and i...
