Lovely car Tony. Not big on silver but it looks rather splendid. The 1.8 is a reliable engine from what I have read providing the headgasket is upgraded to the multi-layer jobbie yours has. Like Richard suggests, the Coolant expansion tank mod would be usefull due to the fact it carry`s very little ...

Of all the big German cars.....I really like this model A6....it never dates for me.
Perfect model choice as well......the 1.9 diesel is a great engine.
