I had awful trouble on mine. The offside wasn't so bad, but on the drivers side there's a big lump of metal sticking out of the rad (some kind of valve?) which makes dropping the light in a 'mare. It made getting the light lined up the clip neigh on impossible...I can't even remember how I got it in...

I'm actually trying to find one right now, along with the other bits I need. How likely that it will be fit to be reconditioned or be a repair by replacement job? That would make sense because for about five minutes or so, the inside of the car stunk of petrol. Cheers for that - something else for the do to list
