I will repair the Peugeot tomorrow he won't get the chance again.. had some misfiring and smoke this morning, so put some old forte fuel line cleaner (not the new rubbish) into it, nothing since.. so will see again.. only thing next is some seal softener.. but we'll see how the fuel cleaner is first...

first decent run, down to somerset, it had an oil change at the time of the mot but it was smoking now and then on start up and misfiring when cold, so oil flush (sol-x) driven on for a couple of days... almost straight away no missing and no smoking... all good on the run with a proper caning along...

with those arb's dave you can "drift" the rear of the car.. should you so wish of course.. lol.. it is surprising how well the car handles when they are fitted... much more fun to drive.. regards ricky

I think all k series get a bad press for no reason.. other than rover trying to save money with cheap parts... when the good gaskets are fitted properly, issue solved... regards ricky

usually enjoy the blast through on the motorway, get to services last and last to leave but early to arrive, but am being good at the moment, to many points, and they don't make prizes,, lol.. but only another year and they are all gone.. regards ricky

all done and passed.. a pair of toyo t1r's on the front.. I will be at longbridge.. in the rover, I have got to give it a major clean and polish I think it will be up for sale near the end of the year, so I can concentrate on the morris.. just in case anyone is interested in it... regards ricky

I have some new spares for the ball joint gaiter so easy repair especially as it's a top one.. brake lights is the switch is a bit sticky lubed it up and now it's on all the time so will get a new one tomorrow.. the cat will be ok as it only just failed on the lambda reading so will get it hotter.. ...

mot time again.. failed this time, emissions, no stop lights, ball joint gaiter, and a tyre.. not to terrible, emissions were almost ok so a good run will sort them.. stop light are not working so fuse or switch most likely, unusual for all bulbs to blow at once.. new gaiter for ball joint and its a...
