Hi from Skegie, well almost!

Post by George Snr » Mon Mar 14, 2016 3:57 pm

Hello Guys and Dolls,

We have been on the lookout for a 800 for a while now and as we have had about every other Rover going, so a change was due. We have been looking at various one's up and down the country, but low and behold a friend very local to me had a 1997 820 SLi in a lock up which I did not know about until a conversation with a mutual friend. Anyway we took a shine to this car and last Thursday a deal was done, and below is our Lovely motor which came with a years MOT.

Just a few jobs to do including a new timing belt and service. Something in the paperwork mentions that Rover was the first owner, but once I get the V5c back I will apply for a list of owners from DVLA.
