Ja. And it got me back to Sachsen without setting itself on fire (dodgy exhaust). It won't get through another TÜV without throwing at least a tausende at it, so I'm breaking it for spares, if you need any teile!

I found the seller was ok, but I didn't ask any questions and was expecting a scrapper from the start. What did you ask? .... I could at least try to answer it for you!

Well, I asked what condition the rest of the car was in. The engine is poop so that wasn't an issue, but as it was an Auto (if I remember right) I asked it that switched gears well. As the only picture was from the front left, you can't see anything else... Only that is has 2 alloy rims... I didn't even get an answer...

The engine isn't actually too bad. Fairly high miles, but it drove fine. The gearbox is slow to change to 2nd. The body isn't that amazing, one of the front wings had a lot of filler and rust and there's a little bit of rust on the boot lid. Fairly neglected, but great for parts. Oh, and it had no alloy wheels, they are mis matched wheel trims on steel wheels. The spare was also absent!

Okay, the one I was talking about was a dark green/blue one in Dortmund with a snapped cambelt...

Oh I see! I think I saw that one too (did it sell around EUR350), but I needed one that was able to drive.

Nope. Went for only €160. Really a shame. I was willing to drive about 300 km to look but I didn't get an answer...

Wow, the scrap value, scrap cat and battery is probably worth that much.

Thing is, how often do you see an 827 coupé here in Germany? I've seen one and that was on the scrap!
