Oil Breather Hose for 1989 Rover 820i

Hi Guys,

I need your help at identifying this hose for me, it comes out of the rocker cover. Where the hose has split there is an oil leak, therefore I believe this hose is for oil.

The internal diameter is 15mm and it is about 14" long.
A lot of the spares places don't want to know without the part number

Part number is UAM5018 but i doubt you will find one anywhere and so making your own maybe the only option.
For information it is not an oil hose per se, its a cam cover ventilation hose which goes down the back of the engine to an oil separator canister, so really it carries vapour/gases generated inside the engine.The hot gases obviously contain small amounts of engine oil which should travel down the hose to the oil separator, and as the name suggests, the oil should be separated off and drain back to the sump, whilst the gases, being lighter, travel back up through another hose and into the inlet manifold for reburning. So the oil in this hose is more residue than being an actual oil hose.

At that price i reckon the shrewd T-Series owner should avail him or herself of a few of these! The price and availability can't last long i'm sure!
Might be worth seeing if the oil separator itself is available, i had trouble on my old 420GSi because mine was blocked - caused oil to be burnt on the over-run and all kinds! Eventually i cleaned it out by soaking it in petrol while i rebuilt the top end and did the head gasket - properly unlike the garage that had done it before i got the car!
Anyway, once the oil separator was throughly clean, the oil burning on over-run disappeared.
