Due to my gold Coupe requiring additional welding to the inner sills (so the sills I have had made can be fitted), and due to the additional expense this is incurring, I wanted to see if anyone would be interested on taking on my nightfire 827 coupe. This would mean I would be in a much better place to pay for the additional welding and I have to be realistic - the red coupe is going to cost me money in the future to get it to standard I try and achieve with my cars.
The engine and gearbox are fine, the interior is in very good order, the front wings are in excellent condition and the driver side rear wheel arch is in excellent condition, generally the car is in a good original condition.
The following needs attention:
Both outer sills need replacing - Which I can supply!!
There is a small section of the passenger side rear quarter that needs a new section, it is just by the lower black trim cover.
There is a small section in the boot rain channel that needs cutting out and replacing.
On the driver side there is a small section of the floor by the sill that needs a section replacing.
Obviously I cannot tell you about the condition of the inner sills - based on my experiences this week with my gold coupe.
Because of the way the car is positioned in the garage at the moment I cannot get underneath the car to look at the condition of the passenger side floor sections.
