Though a massive fan of 800s my goal was keeping them on the road for me or my dad and occasionally family or friends.
Not for anyone else, though I did help lots on here with spares.
Though it may sound silly I decided when I was completely selling up (2012) that when any of my proper cars if you will would go they would be scrapped rather than sold.
Somehow I couldn't bring myself to see them somewhere else and possibly altered in a way I didn't like.
Plus it removes the temptation and try to do something silly like try and find/buy them later on.
Plus I probably single handedly added a few quid to remaining ones with how many I scrapped.
