Surprised in one way that nobody has snapped this up - in another way i'm not surprised at all. Seems that the hardest place to sell any car is on the relevant forum, whether it's a Rover 800, Volvo, Jeep, Ford, Vauxhall or whatever.

Give it a try on ebay perhaps or one or more of the other usual suspects such as carandclassic.co.uk or Gumtree or revive it yourself and use it. There's plenty of knowledge on here to help you if you do that and maybe even physical help as well if it comes to it.

I'd love to try a manual V6, I had my eye on this one because it's local and I love the colour combo but I just haven't got the cash sadly

Actually this is the worst place to sell it as most of us already have an 800. You should have no trouble selling it elsewhere with some decent photos. If it were me I would MOT it and take it to a nice location for some good photos. It would be a terrible shame to break such a lovely looking car.

It is being broken as we speak ......was in several places for sale not just here ......sold on eBay for the heddy price of 155........and the buyer backed out .

- thought my Sterling scuttle was ok but noticed the other day it's like a paper doyley

so as Steve and i are going next week to get the carpets for his 827 SLi i thought i'd ask.
