The top of the shock goes through the top mounts Paul. The shock helps keep the rear wheel upright. The spring is between the body shell and the lower wishbones and the lower wishbones bolt onto the rear trailing arm at the "rear" end of the trailing arm and to the chassis with their other end.

Hope that gives you an idea what the back end is like.

Hiya,

What kind of condition are the front indicators in? And what is the wood trim in the coin tray like? I also need a driver's side window switchpack if available...

As far as I remember the indicators are good......the wood is ok.....but the switch pack has gone.

Fantastic! If the indicators are nice and clear and have their little rubber strips (I've lost mine :( ) and the coin tray is scratch free I'd be very interested. What sort of money would you be after for them?

Sam - which bit are you calling the coin tray? Would it be the bit on the end of the centre console as shown here? It's only just in the pic (one of my old pics, not from the car in question)

I think the confusion has arisen because there was a coin tray fitted up to about 96/97 when it was replaced by a headlamp adjuster switch to meet with EU regs and can be seen to the right of the steering wheel in this shot - it even has "COINS" written on it but they never had wood on them.

FYI i happen to know Pauls car has the headlamp adjuster switch in place of the "official" coin tray so i hope it's the centre console bit you're after!

Yes, the bit under the handbrake, that's the one (non-official coin tray?). Mine has the headlight adjuster as well.
