It's a shame we couldn't get the pattern sent here then take it to an exhaust fabrication firm..............
Wonder if there are any secondhand manifolds on Craigslist? Buy it, get it here then off to somewhere like http://demandengineering.co.uk/
and get them to produce a batch of however many we would now need. Probably safe to assume Dusan doesn't want one any more or the extra one my mate wanted as he's selling "The Imposter" aka White Gold2 827SLi with leather and 17" 6-spokes so that would leave thee an' me, Nitro i guess and who else?

Re: 827 STAINLESS exhaust manifolds - ONE LEFT!
That's the very same Demand Engineering that built the stainless exhaust on my 820!
When I was last there they were TIG-ing up a batch of Aston Martin V12 manifolds - sale price of £1400 a pair!
Considering it took 3 man days to TIG them all up plus the insane amount of argoshield it actually seemed a reasonable price.
I did ask for the LOL factor about a stainless manifold for the 820 the answer was "Around 500 notes mate" depends on how long the tubes are and whether the mandrel bender can do it all in one shot or not.
For that price I'd buy a TIG welder off Ebay and learn how to TIG
As I no longer own the Shitesse I'm not after a set of manifolds anymore.

That's the one - they have done such a good job on your system that i thought they'd be a good candidate for the 827 manifolds.
If you can afford to run an Aston Martin V12 then £1400 for a pair of exhaust manifolds is probably beer money. In fact, having done a bit of digging, it's an absolute bargain!

Secondhand ones :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aston-Martin-DB ... SwCU1YzFuF
Finally another supplier of new bits :

Reckon you'd best buy that TIG and get learning!
