Hi all,

After finishing with Project Shitesse I have a garage of bits and bobs I've accumulated over the years.

Some of which I have no intention of using or use for.

All I am asking for these parts is covering postage and packaging costs (with two exceptions detailed below)
Job lot/combined postage wholeheartedly encouraged ;-)
I am in Cambridge if anyone wants to collect. I can deliver to Leamington Spa or Sutton Coldfield next week Saturday 23rd April.

UNDERLINED = Earmarked/sold/called/dibs etc.


For FREE (Plus P&P) I have (deep breath):

Front indicators - pair ok condition outside, both have the pin mounting snapped off
Wing mirror covers in British racing green HNA
Rear lowering springs ~25mm drop
Rover badge for front grill VGC
Fastback rear spoiler VGC all mounts intact.
Leather gearknob from my first 820 Sterling what feels like Aeons ago
Mk1 827 High comp ECU with CCU and SINGLE IR fob with receiver. For MANUAL cars only.
827 manual radiator + fans (less than 5 years old I believe)
Front 262mm calipers and carriers freshly cleaned and painted, just need seals + pistons inserting
Rear Caliper pistons with working auto adjusters
Brink towbar fitted with 13 pin socket NOTE no spreader plates!
Header tank in VGC
Drivers door handle (return spring mount is broken as they all are but the handle hinges are perfect)
FULL SET front and rear mudflaps including spare rear left
827 AC condenser/radiator (less than 5 years old I believe)


For SALE are the following

PG2 Manual Gearbox with speedo sensor/variable rate pump clutch release fork and slave cylinder All in full working order.

£75 INC P&P 827 Steering rack (Rover replacement part, looks to be less than 5 years old)

I was going to keep the PG2 to investigate the possibility of a PG2/PG1 hybrid using the taper roller diff bearings from the PG2.
However from further research the taper bearings will not fit the PG1 torsen diff housing.

Combine that with me sourcing a very rare uprated PG1 gearbox that has a Type B torsen, low milage and a higher/taller gearset means I am no longer keeping the PG2.

dusan, can i have the mk1 827 high comp ecu and bits with it, also is the pg1 manual gearbox out of the 827 or is it a 2.0 one, if its v6 id probably have that, you didn't keep the pedal box did you. ooh also the manual radiator il have.

Sure thing, parts earmarked for you.

It's a PG2 out of the 827

Nope, fraid not, though if you're doing a conversion most PG1/820 bits should fit :-)

Dusan, have you sourced an uprated PG1 type b? I have a 620ti one if you're interested. Needs a rebuild, mind.

dusan i miss typed the gearbox bit, just to clarify is the pg2 manual box you have for a 827, if it is il have that n all

Yes I have one of those (purchased but still attached to a vehicle right now!)

The 620Ti 'box would be useful as I need the bellhousing side of the gearbox case. Ideally I'm after a 6/4/220 Diesel 'box to nab the taller 5th gear out of.

Yes it is a PG2

It came out of an 827 (Project Shitesse)

The rear caliper pistons, is it just the pistons themselves or the full caliper?
