Dave - could you PM me how much you're after for a Main Relay please?
As you know from the post above, i'm going to repair Tracys relay and send it back to her but i also had a look to see if i had one and i don't. I've repaired both of mine in the past but it's crossed my mind it would be handy to have one "ready to go" if necessary.

I'll have a look Dave but I'm in the throws of moving so most of my stuff is now boxed up in a storage container for however long it takes me to find a house. So its really only this SLi I have access too at the moment at that will be going this week. If you can resolder Tracy's then that would be good.

Sorry Mark this car has long since departed, but the coolant tank was shot anyway.

Altogether now - "It's not our fault!!!"
Have a read through this thread Mark on Alternative expansion tanks :
http://www.rover800.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2189
There's quite a lot of useful info in there including the part number for the genuine Volvo bracket to hold the tank and i think the part numbers for new and pattern S40 etc tanks, new genuine are about £30 and new pattern about £20 so neither is a bank-breaker! The Volvo bracket is worth buying simply to make life easy (about £7.50 from Volvo) and they're welded onto donor cars so removing one from a scrap car in a yard wouldn't be easy!
Use the Rover cap (it's a straight fit) and the connectors/reducers, job's a good'un!
