I am looking for a petrol filler neck for my 1994 820Si. Have read on the forum that there appears to be some one who can fabricate one. If anybody has contact details for this person could they please pass them on to me, would really appreciate it. Or if anybody knows of where i might find one would appreciate it.

I'll have a look and see if i've got a spare, got a funny feeling i sold it though.
How bad is your existing one?
There are a few other options but they depend how original you want/need to keep things.

scoobyh123.
Thanks but mine has literally fell apart at the cap end. Found out when i was at the petrol station and the whole top of the pipe almost came off in my hand. Thats why the car has been off the road for quite a few weeks, but hopefully this man from Telford will come good. Again thanks for your help, I will put a quick report on the forum when he has made it and it has been fitted to the car.

Good luck with it Brian, when you remove the small bore pipes on the bottom end of the breather loops, be very careful as one goes to a valve on the top of the tank and is very tricky to refit without dropping the tank if you happen to accidentally pull it off. Also note that the 4 small bore pipes are two different diameters, i assume the guy in Telford has replicated this.
Any questions when you come to do it, feel free to ask. Douse all the clips and bolts now in WD40 or similar to give them a good soak, repeat dousing every couple of days until it arrives, another one on the morning you expect to fit it and keep the WD close to hand while removing the bolt that holds the bottom of the filler neck to the inner arch - if it starts to come out but gets stiff, spray it, do it back up then undo it - repeat until it comes all the way out.
