I had an email from a friend in the trade today.

He remembered I liked 800s and said would I be interested in it.

All I know is that it's a silver 827 manual coupe, grey leather interior with a "few rust spots". I have no more info.

If anyone's after one, let me have your email address and I'll pass it on.

The car is in Warwick area.

I remember the silver one with a 'few rust spots' that was for sale in Scotland a few years back. 'Few paint spots' would have been more appropiate!!!

I've forwarded the details of those (3) who pm'ed me to Paul from Bounce Camper Hire / M Restorations, the guy who contacted me.

I don't check in here much but will check my pms again in a couple of days and forward to Paul again.

If anyone wants me to go and check out the car and provide a detailed report for them, I will, if you are serious.... I suppose it would be an excuse to hook up with Paul, an old mate who I havent seen for years.

I wonder if that is the one that was forever turning up on ebay a few years ago with sticky brakes and dodgy sills as I recall....
I'd be interested to know what price and condition, if only to canabalise (is that a word?) bits for my current coupe (also manual).
Not too distant from me either....
