It'll work as "proof of concept" Scott but you might have a bit of a driveability problem as it won't see the boost from the turbo. That said, that should only be when you're giving it the beans if it does happen.

If I use the ECU from TB2, will it "sync" with TGM or do I need to swap more electronic bits? Plug and play?
At least I have the fobs for both.
They are both non-turbo

Same as listed before Scott, ECU, CCU, fob and key (just to dangle near the ignition barrel) and maybe the reciever mounted under the back end of the console.

Oh, and another clue is that the rev counter vibrates a bit when in playing up mode. Still waiting for a date from the "secret fixer"

As far as i recall, it's a 1999 820Si on LPG - i'm sure Scott or Dusan will confirm/correct me as applicable.
