Re: midnites 827, both are still alive
The first set i got Mat was :
https://www.powerfuluk.com/h4-led-4000- ... -7374.html
They are still in my Sterling now, 6 years later. However on the listing, the spec has changed and they now keep dipped beam on with main beam, dipped beam also functions on its own as per legal requirements and to be honest, there's no real light advantage of having dipped beam on with main beam.
Second set was a set of these :
https://www.classiccarleds.co.uk/collec ... sion-9-32v
However at the time, Classic Car LEDs didn't stock them so i bought them from a seller on fleabay, can't remember which one. They've been in my Volvo now for about 3.5 years and they are CE etc approved so can be retrofitted without the headlamp wash/wipe and headlamp self leveling.
These are the stop/tail i used on the Coupe and also the Sterling but i had to fit different bulb holders in the original bulbholder frames that clip into the rear light clusters.

I now also have the same sort of bulbholders fitted in the indicator positions in my Sterling :

Got similar in the fronts but now with "switchback" bulbs so when i use the indicators, it blanks the DRL for a few seconds, i did have a video of that too but it seems to have disappeared and so have a few other videos!
