There's definitely something in the water :P Youv'e done the opposite of Gludenscrude  Kudos though because yours is a lot more difficult. Interestingly, I see you have some screen "bleed" on the trip. Mine is on the other side. It must be another special Rover fault.

er yep, took most of my time up reading through both Mk1 and MK2 wiring diagrams, creating notes, 3days cutting down a full 827 Mk1 wiring harness and 3 weeks on and off to fit the thing. Oh and 18 months to get my arse in gear to start the project after buying all the parts.

you need the orange and black from the clocks to the CCU,to the VCM fuel meter thats the little box under the window ecu in the pic's, You then need to hack into the Yellow and blue from number 1 injector to the brown again this is the one from the little box in the pic's under the window ecu, and done sorted

If its the V6 its an easier job, just a few colour differences in the wiring codes.

Two tubes of Tiger seal six weeks of cutting and shaping and waiting for the Tiger seal to cure a wholelot of sanding then painting, you can use the uggly strip of rubber which Rover called a MK2 lower bumper finisher to get the shape just right, if you do it from the wheel arch edge inwards to create the thing, you will need to make cuts to reshape the moulding as the MK1 Bumpers were longer, the only bit which needs to be cut is the small centre section.
Ohh youl need a whole lot of mini clamps from the pound shop, to hold it all together until the Tigerseal sets.
