We met in the car park in Swansea on Friday afternoon.

I recognised your face but for the life of me couldn't remember your name! :(

NOT ME i was last in Swansea about 4 years ago, but I was in a gold sterling.

Me neither. I was last in Swansea around 1979 when I had a Praktica EE2 film camera. I couldn't drive back then so used to get the train from Liverpool, changing at Bristol Parkway. Hell of a journey it was too. I doubt it's improved much either.

My last trip to Swansea was in 1984 when purchasing a Talbot Solara 1.6 SX - stopped off in Cardiff afterwards to watch Oxford United beat Cardiff City
Out in the desert with a 1998 Grand Cherokee V8, 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4L and a 1997 Chevy Tahoe V8. Back home: 1969 MGC GT

Hopefully it wasn't your dad, otherwise you be a cause for concern. For people like me, approaching a certain age its quite normal!

Agreed, I was at a Halloween party Saturday night at my partners parents house, and for the life of me I couldn't remember her dad's name, only known him about 7 years! Worse thing is his name is the same as mine!!
This growing old thing is becoming a bit of a concern as the little grey cells seem to be departing at a rapid rate of knots.
As for Swansea is it any wonder that I cant remember, but I'm pretty certain in was in the last century :oops:
