Red Mk2 saloon on M4 South Wales

Seen heading west on the M4 lane 2 towards Cardiff on Wednesday 3rd September at approx 1400hrs.
Seemed to have a Rover roof rack with ladders/ply on the roof.
Couldn't get the registration number or description of the driver as we went passed rather swiftly.
Was it you? Do we have any members in South Wales?

Definitely not me however, as I'm not in South Wales nor have I been in the last day or so ..............

I was on the M4 in south wales last week, but it wasnt me
Mine is green.
I`m sure its on police cameras somewhere, police on every bridge over the motorway when we came back thu last monday,
cos of this NATO thing i guess
