Hi Dave, maybe a little late at spotting this. I'm still around. Sold the Accord on last December so got a good few years out of that one, ended up going through 2 Peugeots for the first half of this year then onto an S-Type. Think I'm done with Peugeot for this lifetime

Good to hear from you JIm! Hope you and your family are all well?
Peugeots are best avoided in my experience, they should carry a government health warning IMHO!
The Jag should be a lot better than those Pugs at least!

We're all good, how you and the fleet are holding up well? The first Peugeot wasn't too bad, but a couple of months after I bought it it was written off while parked outside the house. It was very basic and under-powered, but felt quite nice to drive and was immaculate, when it was written off I bought another with the insurance money which never felt right, so a few months later I sold it at a loss to return to British cars
Here's in memory to the first Peugeot (damage was worse than it looks and it was parked on the road before it was hit, that's just where it landed
)
Although Ford designed, at least the S-Type was built in the UK, it's an awesome car but I still look up at the photo of my old 800 mounted in the living rooml and want it back :'(

Aside from the usual health problems, i'm fine thanks Jim. The fleet is holding up pretty well too thanks except the Sterling has popped its radiator!
The Coupé is running nicely on LPG (or would be if anywhere round here had any LPG to put in it! It's like a black hole round here just now!) and the Volvo i think you saw (blue 740GLE) has been upgraded for a 760GLE V6 via a 4.0 Jeep Cherokee.
That's a nice looking Jag you have there (best colour too!
), sort of surprised you're looking to swap it for an 800 but they do get under your skin!
