Bit more of an update, i had an email from Sara the other day with the entry form attached. Apparently the form is available on the
BMC/BLRally website but looking at it, doesn't seem to have the updated prices - or dates come to that!

Preparations are underway for our 21st event!
As before, it will be at Ferry Meadows, Nene Park (Nottcutts entrance), Oundle Road, Peterborough on Sunday 3rd August 2014.
The day will run with the usual attractions of the ever fantastic Auto Jumble, Tombola, Raffle, Trophies etc
Changes to note (that were in place last year too), whilst the day remains 10am—5pm, raffle draw and prize giving will now be at 3pm, and after 2012 years weather conditions, we are still forced to ensure minimal movement once you arrive, so please ensure you have money/groceries etc on you before you arrive on the field.
Camping will be available forSATURDAY NIGHT ONLY on the rally field, with no limit on numbers but ALL camping must be pre-booked and included with the entry form, and to cover the risk assessment, we must also insist that every camping vessel carries their own Fire Extingusher, and pitches will be allocated on a first come first served—saving pitches will not be allowed
PLEASE NOTE, CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE RALLY FIELD BEFORE 4PM OR AFTER 8PM and the onsite barrier is 2.1m (6ft 10in) which closes at roughly 6pm!
Whilst the Hog Roast will not be in attendance this year, we have arranged for A1 Catering to be with usSaturday evening, as well as Sunday with their wide selection of foods

There are no general Car Parking Facilities/areas on the rally field, so you need to either exhibit or park in Nene Park Visitors Car Parks
Following 2012 weather conditions, we have been forced to retain the limit on vehicle movement.
Please therefore ensure you have all groceries/refreshments/money you require before entering the field.
Should you need to move your vehicle during the event, please inform Rally Control.
Please do not be abusive to stewards (they are only doing their job) or others.
We reserve the right to ask you and your exhibit to leave the park in such cases
The organisers accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to vehicles, individuals or personal belongings, it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure adequate insurance is in place

Kate - will you be able to do your usual "Sterling" job of organising our club stand with Sara?
For those wishing to get their entries in, simply print a copy of this form and fill it in then follow the instructions about sending a cheque and SAE etc to Sara and put "Rover 800 Club" in the bit where it says Are you displaying with a club?
If you don't have access to a printer (like me last year) Sara will accept hand written entry forms as long as all the details are on there.
Roll on 3rd August and pray for good weather!
