Hi Charles,

As Dave said we needed to get the first AGM sorted sooner rather than later - mainly to ensure we're keeping to the Club's constitution. I do agree it's a particularly grim time for travel.

I'll raise this on Saturday, and suggest that perhaps next year we can do something in the Spring, maybe even the afternoon of PoL (a time when more people are likely to be making a trip to Birmingham anyway)...

Hopefully see you then, and everyone else who is planning on attending.

Sorry in the delay for getting back. been having issues as you know accessing this forum - but this is sorted now I hope. The weather seems far better this week then I thought when I first aired my grievances, so no problems coming tomorrow. I appreciate your feed back Alex; - cheers
