Annual Rally & Spares Day
Dear Enthusiast
As a committee we would like to say a huge thank you for your support to date,
and to let you know that preparations are underway for the 2009 event….
the fantastic news is, ALL pre-booked prices have been held for 2nd year running!!!
As before the event is at Ferry Meadows, Nene Park (Nottcutts Entrance) Oundle Road, Peterborough on Sunday 2nd August 2009.
The day will run as usual with the ever fantastic Autojumble, Tombola, Raffle and Trophies etc.
Camping is available SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY on the rally field with no limit to numbers but ALL camping must be pre-booked and included with the entry form AND PLEASE NOTE, CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONTO THE RALLY FIELD BEFORE 4PM.
The ever popular (and very welcome) Hog Roast will be available Saturday night at a small charge as previous years.
ENTRY FEE £3.50 (pre booked)
Non pre booked arrivals will be charged extra (Nene Park charge an entry fee too!)
BRASS PLAQUE £2.50
Closing date to guarantee a plaque is 1st July 2009
CAMPING £5 per vehicle

Please return with A STAMPED SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE (if an envelope is not enclosed,
the pass will be sent to you without a stamp, and you will be required to pay your postman plus their handling charge)
Please do not be abusive to stewards (they are only doing their job) or others.
We reserve the right to ask you and your exhibit to leave the park in such cases.
The organisers accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to vehicles, individuals or personal belongings,
it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure adequate insurance is in place.
There are usually a few 800's there each year, and there is a large jumble with a good ammount of ARG/MGR stock on offer.Booking Form
