I agree, but theres always a first time.

And the fact that simply closing the window wont stop it, you have to go into the browser control to shut it off safely.

I just had to clean up a pc my step daughter downloaded that virus on, very nasty. Sorted now but she still gets the blue screen now and again.
She knows better now.

I guess theres positives and negatives to both. Macs are a lot more stable.

I think it depends what you want to use it for, the equivalent spec mac will probably be much better at image manipulation and other such processor heavy apps.

I use PC's

I have nothing against macs, I just dislike intensely the way everything is very mac specific, its nigh on impossibel to work on/upgrade yourself and just costs a LOT (generally)

That time is long gone. Not talking about the obscure backroom made pc's of course. A Mac and a decent PC aren't that far apart in price anymore.
Job.

why would you need to work on it? it never breaks, it just works. you can add more ram, change graphics cards, etc etc.

Mac specific? macs have been able to run windows since windows began. anything you do on a PC a mac can read..

If i had a PC built to be able to cope with all the work i do on my mac it would have cost me more than the mac itself.

A blue, white outlined square with a white questionmark. That's the way my Mac tells me you did something wrong Mr. Moss.
