If anyone would like to go we can get an area for us to park up in the show area, like we had at CITP.

So far the Moss household, ourselves, Stig and Chris have said they are interested.

If anyone else would like to go please sign up.

If you enter as an exhibitor it costs Â£2.50 per car, that is for 2 adults and 2 children, which is pretty good value.

We will need to organise this fairly soon.

Do we need to sign up individually with the organisers? I guess we're calling ourselves the Rover 800 Owners club if we need to give a club name.

It would be better if we send the forms in individually, using the Rover 800 Owners Club name so we get grouped together.

This means that no one is responsible for collecting fees and sending them in etc.

Their website will not allow individual page links. So if you want info on the event click on the left hand side where it says "Events 2009", then scroll down to Himley. The entry form can be found by clicking where it says "General Vehicle Entry Form", this is in the middle column part of the page and is just above where it says "news flash".

I will also send the organisers a message to let them know we are coming.

I will also scan the entry so if anyone cant find the form send me a PM.

Just press the print button and it will produce an entry form (although somewhat crappy in quality).

That only comes up on the side of the events list on mine. Just to show that the older events have obviously already taken place.

The next questions are:

What "class" we put down? There are none for post 1988 cars and I'm not that bothered about having mine "judged" anyway.

Club stand? Yes or No?

Simon, have you explained to the organisers that our cars are too modern and if so, what did they say? If they can't be entered in any classes for judging, can we still get car/driver etc in for Â£2.50?
