I used to holiday down in Devon pretty much every year when I was young, so I've been there before, but not since I was about seven.

Dogs are allowed although there is a small charge for the privilege, I seem to recall.

its best not to if Im honest (the woman on the other end of the phone was quite dubious when I told there was a few of us and told me "NO GROUPS OF SINGLE MALES" oddly she said it would be ok if there was couples though (male and female obviously)

Fair enough.

Thought for the saturday - how about a barbecue somewhere for lunch or early evening (if the weather is OK?). Instant barbecues would be fine on a beach/scenic viewpoint etc. I'll be bringing my small portable (re-usable) one.

certainly sounds like a good idea, do out bits in the day karting sight seeing etc then have a nice bbq bit of a chat maybe a couple of drinks they do allow bbqs on the camp site as well but the beach would no doubt be nicer

going back over the previous point if you are bringing your children or wife (not sure who it is your bringing) then I doubt they would be so against putting us all on adjacent plots

yea that would be good thinking about it richard might not want to be that close to us due to having his kids with him (might not be fair on them if they want to go to sleep early, im probably overthinking the whole thing) paul have you booked up ? just trying to think how we can get you on a plot next to us without making it look like a group of lads
