800 series on the road

Don't see many 800s on the road these days(or 75s for that matter!) Anyone know how many 800s there are?

More than you think. Especially overseas in places such as France and Germany and Italy. You'd be amazed.

I was contacted by a lady just today whose father lives in Jamaica - he had his 1997 Sterling shipped out there a long time ago and needs some parts, hence the call to me. It could possibly be the only one in the West Indies.

In my village - 180 houses - there are two Rover 800s apart from my own. There are three 911s in my very road, a Phantom and some big Italian thingy. So 800s are as common as super cars round here!

I'm surprised,but very pleasantly so! If I'd kept mine there would be one more!! Best car I've ever had! Still I do like my
