My Car History

Post by guru » Sat Aug 23, 2014 10:36 pm

I'm not sure why but recently I started thinking about my pretty long and varied car history and I decided to post a thread on it. As I started writing the thread it just became longer and longer and started to look quite messy, therefore I decided to create a website on the subject.

Ages ago I bought the domain m6jkk.com and as that URL is on my number plates it made sense to use it, therefore I proudly present http://m6jkk.com!

Comment and suggestions are more then welcome!

This is excellent James and very interesting to read about your car history, I have got down to the the Hyundai at the moment and will read further later.

A very professional look and feel to the site. It has prompted me to try and do something similar, albeit in the future as house move in on at this time.

Would it be possible to get a copy of the format you have built up as not computer dunce but web page building a complete novice. Did you use wordpress and where do you host the site?

It only gets better from the Hyundai....honestly!

The site was created using Wordpress with the Vantage premium theme, as was actually pretty easy to do. It's hosted on my company's hosting platform, in fact the same one that hosts rover800.info! If you want to create a site then I'd be happy to provide a hosting account for free in return for a small link to Technology Systems!

Pretty sure, it was originally a 1.3 but sadly that engine met with an untimely demise so it ended up being downgraded to a 1.1.........because less power is really what it needed!
