Just wondering if anybody has had any experience of fuel cat? Some say it’s just a gimmick, others say it works wonders.

That’s what I imagined. There was a big court case some years ago because this product claimed to be a substitute for changing the head from leaded to unleaded, which failed leading to an uproar with purchasers.

Practical Classics ran a test ona si lar "Broquet" fuel catalyst - it trashed the head on the B-series engine in their BMC1800 in just a few hundred miles.

a company we used to do work for bought a couple and had them fitted to two of their trucks but were not told whitch ones they then went back into use, swapping drivers,routes and loads every couple of days so they all got the same use and the differance......................nothing, so big waste of time and money
