RE intro

Hi all.

I'm looking at getting another 827 soon, it's been nearly 3 years and after having a few different cars I want another:)

I am looking at a mk2 sterling this weekend all being well, however if some one has a manual 827 with mot ;-)

After my last mk1 I had an MGZS180 However it got hit,
I then got a mk1 MX5... that got hit too....
So I then got a Nissan skyline R33 GTST, lovely car but the bills were huge..
I currently have a Suzuki ignis sport, its lovely but not quite as fun after a year,

I have an 827 manual with 51,681 on the clock, first registered in 1997, manufactured in 1996.

Welcome back. I met you at Gaydon and you were explaining the benefits of a N2O setup for extra power and reliability. I think you also mentioning something along the lines of red-lining in 5th.

Hi, I stupidly let her go after the heads lifted again. Also needed £1200 of body work which I didn't have at the time,
Yeah after gaydon she hit the rev limiter in top:) was a lovely car.
I have the parts for the turbo here still, also have a couple of turbos.
If the one I see Saturday is right I would want to turbo and convert to manual:)

Yeah I'll use the later 9.0:1 engine, unless a lovely mk1 comes up. I did see it but I can't do a full restoration as I have no drive. But I can do a running restoration:)
