I've had god knows how many cheap ones in tool sets and stuff in the past and they've all disappeared. Rolling Eyes

Must have chucked them out, lost them or whatever.

While I have a 150l compressor at home that doesn't help if I need it elsewhere. Rolling Eyes Laughing

Anyone bought one lately they were really impressed with?

Not looking to spend more than £35-40 I'd say. Doesn't need to have lights or anything on it. Wouldn't reject it if it has but not a factor if not. Don't really want a battery pack type either. Just a good compressor that will pump tyres quickly.

Sorry I should have said for tyres shouldn't I? Rolling Eyes Laughing

That little one I have is great but not suitable for tyres. Doesn't have the fittings.

Ihave one I bought from Halfords which seems ok, but I can't find it at the moment, I think it's lost in the sess pit that is my garage.

This looks to be the favourite so far.

There is an analogue one, not much less though.

Says it lets you preset a pressure and it shuts off which sounds useful.

That's handy as I tend to hook it up turn it on and walk away and do something else at the same time, I popped an airbed doing that Laughing after I had forgotten about it. Embarassed

Years ago I did a bike innertube. Didn't half go with a bang. Laughing Bet the airbed did didn't it?

Laughing Laughing Laughing

The analogue version is £14 I've just checked. Might as well have the digital one for £6 extra.

This is what I settled on in the end.

Arrived today having bought it on the 30th of Jan so if you need it quickly probably better to look for another seller.

The compressor though is fantastic. Pumped a tyre up from 5 PSI to 30 PSI in less than 2 minutes which I thought was fast.

Has a protective case as well. Highly recommended by me if you're in the market for something like this.
